Valle Mágina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted from Picual variety of olives grown in the protected natural park (Parque Natural de Sierra Mágina). Produced by the prestigious MONVA S.L, it bears the Sierra Mágina designation of origin (Denominacion de Origen) certified by European Union. The product is certified to have zero detection of copper-chlorophyll, a permitted additive that sometimes is used as a green dye in food oil.
Suitable for both stir-fry or drizzle over salad with smoke point above 200°C. It has an apperance of golden green colour. It has an intense fruity flavour and the taste notes of fresh wood, tomato plant and fig tree. It’s Dense with body, with an elegant and balanced mouth feel.
