Chen Yuan Ho Unsweetened Taiwan Black Soybean Soy Sauce 340ml

Located in Yunlin, south of Taiwan, Chen Yuan Ho’s history traced back to 1888, spanning across over 130 years and is one of the oldest soy sauce producers in Taiwan. This bottle use strictly locally grown black soybeans in Taiwan without any added sugar. The cultivation process avoids the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, and herbicides. The brewing process involves natural fermentation for at least four to six months, without the addition of artificial additives, colourings, sugar, or preservatives.
