Finca La Barca Paella Kit with Paella Pan (Electric Induction Stoves Friendly)

In this KIT you will find everything you will need to elaboration of a Paella of 4 servings. It includes the following products: 1. One unit of our Paella Seasoning 48g. 2. One bag of 300g of Bomba Rice. 3. One bottle of 25ml of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Finca La Barca). 4. One Paella pan of 30cm (100% suitable for gas, oven, inductions and vitroceramics).

Our Paella Seasoning is elaborated with our Smoked Paprika Powder by Finca La Barca and real Saffron. It is a 100% natural product without any colorant or preservatives. Gluten free. The box includes 4 saches of 12g. Each sachet can be use for 300g of rice approximately.

Our paella pan is from Vaella La Valenciana (since 1950), located at Valencia where Paella was created. The pan is made of high quality cold laminated steel and coated by anti-acid enamel coating to prevent rust. The enamelled articles are non-toxic and easy to clean and store and do not need oil after use. Such coating facilitates the cleaning and maintenance of the product. Please refrain from using abrasive products that may scratch the surface.

How to use for a Paella of 4 servings (approximately): Add Olive Oil to the paella pan and heat it. If you wish you can add meat, fish, seafood or vegetables at this moment. Add 300g of rice and the content of 1 sachet of Finca la Barca Paella Seasoning. Saute for a few seconds. Add water or broth and check for salt. Boil until the rice is ready. Let the rice rest for 5 minutes and taste.
